What if I have a strict budget? Can we still work together?

Yes! We understand that budgets are very important aspects of every project, and they are not always respected. However, we are flexible, and here to work with you within your budget. We will respect any limits you may have, and there will not be any surprise fees or costs. Once a contract is signed, it will be honored. If there is any additional work or cost recommended or needed, not work will be completed until the client has signed a new contract outlining the additional scope of work and cost. What are your brand and website design processes?

We break up the process into 4 parts: Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver (launch). The discover phase is when we will get to know each other, and I will learn more about your design needs and vision. In the next phase, we will define the specifications of your design project and narrow down the elements necessary to begin designing. Development is when the creating and designing happens. This is when we will put all of the elements of your project together. There will be meetings and refinement through this Develop phase as well. The Deliver (Launch) phase is the most exciting! This is when all of the design files and website (if applicable) will be transferred to you, and you will be free to launch your design!

How long does the design process take?

Do you provide website maintenance after launch?

Yes! Website management is a service option listed under “A La Carte Marketing” on our Design + Marketing page. It includes website maintenance, monthly consultancy, monthly analytical reporting, and more! You can learn more by contacting us, or scheduling a consultation call.

Are the service packages customizable?

You can customize a service to an extent. We want to work with you, and within your budget, but can not accommodate too many customization to a single service. We understand that not every business will require each feature offered in a package, so we want to make each service package as personable to you as possible. Note that customizing a service may affect final cost to the client.

Which numbers will be included in the monthly analytical reporting?

For each website, social media, and email reporting, we will provide you with the reporting items that we are able to pull, and allow you to decided which items are most important to you and your business. Reporting can be anything from page visits and clicks, to social media post reach numbers and open rate on emails.
